I am running a discount on my website at the moment, and the codes I've set up have suddenly stopped working, they worked fine for the last 3 days and then for a while this morning, as I had orders come through, but a customer has reached out to me to say that the codes aren't working, and when I've done a test order, it doesn't work. It says 'enter a valid gift card' - this is being entered into the box 'Gift card or discount code' 

I have recreated the customers order, as well as an entirely different order and it will not apply the discount at all.

I have recreated the discount agin from scratch, when that didn't work, I deleted the code and created an auto discount, which applied the discount in the basket, but when you go through to payment, it put it back to full price. I don't understand why it was working fine today but suddenly stopped. Any ideas please? Thankyou in advance!
