Completely non-contact angle correction. The ACB laser ("Automatically Controlled Bending") optical system achieves maximum surface quality with no set-up effort. A laser projects a line onto the workpiece, a camera detects it and the angle is automatically corrected.

The ACB Wireless measures and corrects angles wirelessly using sensor disks in the upper tool. The sensor disks touch the inside of the bending part and, together with sensors, measure the angle perfectly.
